Do you require a deposit?
All orders require a minimum 20% deposit.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
Customer shall be responsible for any and all damage to any of the Rental Equipment not caused by ordinary wear and tear. “Ordinary wear and tear” shall mean only the normal deterioration of the rental equipment caused by ordinary, reasonable and proper use of the rental equipment. Bounce House will not be set-up in the event of rain or the threat of rain. Customer shall be liable to Lessor for any and all damage which is not “ordinary wear and tear”. In an amount equal to the replacement value listed on the first page of this Agreement. Damage which is not “ordinary wear and tear” includes, but is not limited to, cutting or tearing of vinyl or netting, damage due to overturning, overloading, exceeding rated capacities, breakage, improper use, abuse, lack of cleaning, drying due to rain and/or not limited to sprinkler system, hoses, super soakers, ect.,
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
Requests made within 48 hours of the service date are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or rescheduling, and all payments will be forfeited.
All deposits are non-refundable.
For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, customers may reschedule their rental one (1) time only, subject to item and date availability.
A new service date must be selected within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Failure to reschedule within the 30-day period will result in the forfeiture of all payments, including deposits and any additional amounts paid.
If the order balance was paid in full at the time of booking, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining balance will be issued as a credit toward a rescheduled date only and is not eligible for refund.
All payments are subject to a non-refundable 6% processing fee, which covers payment processing and transaction costs. This fee will be retained on all transactions, including any approved cancellations, refunds, or credits.
KSB Event Rentals reserves the right to decline rescheduling requests based on availability and scheduling limitations
DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY AND SETUP SERVICES?
We deliver every rental that do currently. Delivery costs are based on the location of your event and it's distance from our warehouse. Setup and breakdown services are available upon request for an additional fee. The cost depends on the complexity of the setup. Tent setup and throne chair placement are included in the price of those rentals. However, customers are responsible for setting up all other items based on their preferred event layout unless services are requested and purchased.
WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
The delivery time depends on how many rentals we have scheduled that day. Typically, we arrive 1 to 3 hours before your rental begins. On busier days, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If that happens, we'll give you a call on the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
