Do you require a deposit?

All orders require a minimum 20% deposit.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

Customer shall be responsible for any and all damage to any of the Rental Equipment not caused by ordinary wear and tear. “Ordinary wear and tear” shall mean only the normal deterioration of the rental equipment caused by ordinary, reasonable and proper use of the rental equipment. Bounce House will not be set-up in the event of rain or the threat of rain. Customer shall be liable to Lessor for any and all damage which is not “ordinary wear and tear”. In an amount equal to the replacement value listed on the first page of this Agreement. Damage which is not “ordinary wear and tear” includes, but is not limited to, cutting or tearing of vinyl or netting, damage due to overturning, overloading, exceeding rated capacities, breakage, improper use, abuse, lack of cleaning, drying due to rain and/or not limited to sprinkler system, hoses, super soakers, ect.,

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Rentals must be canceled within 48 hours of service date. Rentals may be rescheduled one time only. Rescheduling is dependent on item and date availability. Customers have 30 days from the cancellation date to select a new date, subject to availability. Failure to reschedule within the 30-day period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and any additional payments made. If the order balance is paid in full at the time of reservation, a 25% cancellation fee will apply in the event of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable

DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY AND SETUP SERVICES?

Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and takedown services for an additional fee. The cost depends on the location and complexity of the setup. Tent setup and throne chair placement are included. However, customers are responsible for setting up the tables and chairs based on their preferred event layout.

WHEN DO YOU SET UP?

The setup time depends on how many rentals we have scheduled that day. Typically, we arrive 1 to 3 hours before your rental begins. On busier days, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If that happens, we'll give you a call on the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
